- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 ½ cups Butterscoth Chips

Mixing Cookies
In a large bowl, combine the melted mixture with the chow mein noodles and mix until everything is combined.
Spray the muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. Fill each opening of the muffin pan with a spoonful of the chow mein cookie mixture.
Make a small indention in each cookie to create the nest look with a tart tamper or with the handle of a wooden spoon.
Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes or until nests are firm
After bird nests have cooled carefully remove them from the pan, you can use a butter knife to scrape around the cookie and pan to release the bird nest cookies easier.
Fill each bird nest cookie with Cadbury mini eggs and enjoy!
