Ingredients

  • 1 cup Vegan Greek Yogurt see notes
  • 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vineger
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Green Onion
  • 1 cup Parsley
  • 1 cup Basil
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 pinch Salt, to taste

Instructions

  • First add vegan greek yogurt to the food processor
  • Roughly chop the green onions, parsley, and basil this step will assure everything gets nicely chopped up in the food processor. Add them to the food processor
  • Use a garlic press to press garlic into the food processor. If you don't have a garlic press you could use a Microplane grater or mince the garlic very well with a knife. Add Garlic to food processor.
  • Add in the olive oil and squeeze the juice from half a lemon on top of the other ingredients in the food processor.
  • Pulse several times to begin to blend. Scrape the sides of the food processor and pulse a few more times. You may need to scrape the sides again and pulse a few more times until all ingredients are well blended and smooth.
  • Transfer homemade vegan green goddess dressing into a spouted serving container for drizzling or transfer it to a glass jar with a lid.

Notes

If you don't have a favorite vegan greek yogurt you can use one of our favorites like Daiya's Plain Greek Yogurt Alternative, Kitehill Plain Greek Yogurt, and the not as thick but it still works and tastes good SoDelicious plain yogurt.
