Air Fryer Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • Whisk one large egg in a small bowl.
  • Add pork rinds to a large Ziploc bag and use a rolling pin to crush up the pork rinds. {You could also use a food processor if you prefer.}
  • Add the crushed pork rinds to a bowl. Add garlic powder, paprika, and salt to the bowl of crushed pork rinds.
  • Using a kitchen towel or a paper towel, pat the pickle slices until they are dry. Then add them to a large bowl.
  • Add the coconut flour and mix to evenly coat the pickles in the coconut flour.
  • Using tongs, dredge the pickle slices in the egg wash letting the excess drip off. Next, Press the pickles into the pork rind mixture. Transfer to a plate and repeat until all of the pickles have been coated.
  • First, spray non-stick cooking spray on cooking trays or the basket.  Arrange the pickles in a single layer and spray the top of them with cooking spray to help them get crispy.  Air fry for 10-12 minutes.
  • Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to work in small batches.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce
